Unfortunately, 20/10 staves are really hard to find buyers now. You'd probably end up getting the same value as the whole staff by salvaging the adept/ench and selling them, and save lots of wasted time trying to sell a 20/10 staff.

Personally, i'd just give it to an earth ele hero.
