earth prayer foc don't exist. earth magic do. you can get q9 20/20 from collectors/weaponsmith if that is sufficient. q8 you can buy blue insc for 10-25e in kamadan from othe players. mods can be changed after even - 20hsr being worth another 20-30e, 20hct 5e.
