PC on Req8 Shield and others - no idea as returning player

Like the title says, I'm returning player who never got heavy into the buying/selling when I was playing. Just starting to try and figure it all out.

I'm most curious if I'm supposed to identify the req8 Shield or not and if the voltaic wand has value with only one of the 20/20 stats on it.

There is a q8 eagle defender for sale right now with 6 or 8a offers.

I would say it's 5-10a range

You can id or keep it like this up to you, it will be inscriable anyway so you can change mods on it. I would id but it doesn't change value to id here or not.
