Would like a PC on a few OS items

Hello, can you guys help me out a bit? I'm not sure about these items. Should I even keep off hands with only one affix?

sadly nothing great in there,

i would recycle mods / merch and use plat staff on a hero as it will be impossible to sell almsot....

for future ref : off hands / wands / shields with single mod will be merch 99 prct of the time
