put screen in english on an english forum

read the rules and follow them (specifically bumping)

be a little patient

as for pc:

I think it is just a regular opressor staff that anyone can get for 10 medals of honor or 250 war supplies, which are valued at about 15e.

apparently people however buy those staves at 1-2a in kamadan, so you can try to find a buyer.

the mods would be worth 1-3e. you can also salv and sell those.

or you can just use the staff yourself. idk why you "got" it in first place?
