mauso would have an inscription (and/or a suffix name, not even sure about insc right now). this must be a quest rewards or collector item

mauso would have 2 inherent mods and a health focus core. two mods in same category (cond reduc) is never a dropped item. also there is no gold value displayed so it is not identified and still has inherent stats - another definite indicator of quest/collector.
