Price check - Q10 tactic Skull shield

Hi all,

I was wondering how much a Q10 tactic skull shield with +60 hp (when hexed) and physical damage -5 (20% chance) is worth.

merch, the stats make no sense / not sought after. you would look for either 60/-3hex or -5/20 with +30hp usually
