This dropped while in HM in the Desert. Was about to merch it when I noticed the q8. Is this worth anything or shall I continue with merching it?

I'm not aware of anything in the desert that would've dropped this in HM. Are you sure it was HM? Do you have a more detailed screenshot you can share? (The item itself you can merch)
