New to GWlegacy so forgive me if this is a stupid question but does this hold any value?

It's an os item, you can't add a second mod.
Yes, its a new skin, but too much going against it.
The "clean value" only makes an already good item slightly better to players with OCD, OCD people pick apart *any* flaws.
