Low req Enameleds

the 13/5 certainly has value - put it for auction and see where it goes! could go as high as the 15/7, but I think 13/5 is more likely to drop so maybe not after all. plus I know shit about what attri req is desired for pvp etc.

the 14/7 certainly not even close, but likely will get a few dozen arms as well
