I got this drop and am new so don't really understand how item value works. I see other posts where people have suggest values, but I am not sure if the things on it matter or whether they can all just be changed anyway? It has healing prayers on it for some reason.
Is this worth anything?

If the item is OS (old school) from Prophecies or Factions and is a shield, focus, or wand, you can't change the inherent effects. Other OS items like melee/staves have one inherent and can take prefix and suffix mods just the 'inscription'-like inherent can't be changed.
Notice there is no added bit to the name like "of memory" implying a wand wrapping, or "inscription" slot? Such as is on Nighfall/EotN weapons.
Inscribable items mods don't matter because they can be changed.
OS items the inherents matter because they *cannot* be changed.
