OS from possible from mauso, atleast one tribal known to exist.
Otherwise no for gold OS

Yes, that's why it's fun farming and trying to get the higher damage ones from Prophecies campaign
It's just something to do rather than try to buy them since most tend to merch anyways. However, things have changed so much since I was playing back in the days... Just bought a req 9 inscribable Sickle today for Koss so it's going to be even more difficult for people to even consider looking at the damage for white and blue drops much less identify a non-max
