    For blues they have no value really as an unid.

    If it's OS it will id as a useless unmoddable singlemod

    Even if its from Nightfall or EotN it can id without an insc slot and be nearly useless.

    Id it, and if it has an inscription slot, its worth probably 10-20e. But probably on the lower end of that range since it's strength, tactics would be better.
