I've sold a similar crystalline recently (It didn't have the Inherit mod) for 10a
I would value it about the same, maybe a bit less as it's not a perfect inherit mod

it is a perfect mod for a purple and the most desirable one too. id consider this definitely more valuable than one without mod.
this one has a high req that deminishes the value, but i agree with x to maybe low xxa
