    Unfortunately the inscription is lying and it is not really increasing the value sadly.

    With an inscr slot the value would have been higher.

    Still the skin is among the most popular and loved sword skins. Its still , in my eyes, a collector piece and I would assume it cann find a new home.

    My estimation is around the single digit arms range depending on interest

    That makes perfect sense regarding the "Improved Sale Value" text technically making it "dirty" for the high-end pure collector market. A bit of a shame on the roll, but you're absolutely right—the skin itself is timeless.

    I think 9a is a fair starting point for someone who wants that iconic Prophecies look with the rare Q8 stats, even with the mod. I'll be moving this to a formal Sell thread shortly.
