It's a desirable skin with the most desirable damage modifier... Req isn't important for a Mursaat Hammer... Have a few myself...
If you intend to sell, drop it off for auction and see how far it goes after a day or two
Can't give you an initial price range since I've lost touch with the current market on Mursaat items, but I think you can find a s/b with a simple search
