I know some of the rules about OS weapon value, but if it's a desirable skin I'm not sure if that changes it (such as for martial weaps only q9 for OS matters, but if its a rare skin does that change?). And then there's a couple q9 OS weaps in this mix that I think might be worth something, but I'm not sure the value.

No, the war hammer just looks like...well a hammer lol Too bad, I thought q9 with max mod was worth a lot
