Most of these are not max dmg for their req.

The few that are maxish like the q5e10 grim cesta the mod is nonmax, and you really need it to be a dualmod to maybe be worth something, if those mods are both max or very close.

The q12 water wand *is* max dmg and dualmod, but its an unwanted combo on a very common skin.

Thanks so much! Much appreciated! Those low req had max damage (according to the chart), with some being white and blue so thought it might be of some value?
