Best case - 20/20 Healing, -> IMO 4 digit arms would be insane thing

Is it even possible to get 20/20 healing on a divine favor req?
OS items drop like that yes, thats why 20/20 matching would be insanely rare too. The "new" skins even rarer than regular skins because they drop all prof attri mods

Okay, sounds like it is very very unlikely, and probably unlikely that I get mods worth anything.
Because even if I can slap a focus core on it (can I even for OS?), it'll be 20% for Divine Favour which nobody wants, correct?
Somebody is offering 6 arms for the unid, sounds like I should probably take that offer?No, you can't. OS wands, focuses, and shields cannot take any mods
