Bladed Shield +1 spawning

i don't think spawning on shields exists, actually i dont think any rit attributes come on shields.

if anybody knows better feel free to correct me

it doesnt exist indeed sadly, also +1/20 spawning doesnt exist on off hand, so if you want a +1/20 spawn you need to use a staff only !
