Q10 os dom gazing scepter

Merch q10 and hrt is not dom and not perfect makes it valueless

might wait and see - there is pvp folks that specifically want items req dom with hsr/hct mods in insp... but I'd say to them this is also not favorable since it is mixed and nonmax. but idk.
