I am wondering which wiki so many people are talking about exists that apparently lists those dmg-ranges?!

It has listed 10-16 as spear max of q3. I'd still be interested in said "wiki" - can you provide a link? For future reference - try my list
Edit: considering rarity: yes it's relatively rare. That doesn't directly imply valueable however - I am not the guy to answer that question.
