WTB anniversary crit shortbow, with or without mods. Don't care much about the price, as long as it's not, like, 10 armbraces or something.

Hi, maybe one sell this, but note for all Anniversary Weapons: "All weapons are customized to the character that acquires them"

Oh good, even better, so they released customized weapons for roughly two weeks and now they're gone for a year.

Did the developers literally try and make sure that these updates were as much of a pain in the ass as possible?

I literally don't get this update. Why introduce potentially meta-breaking new things if they can only be obtained during a minuscule window of time?
