I have an interesting (if very niche) drop here, a little confused by the inherent +14 energy / -1 regen as this doesn't appear to be a mod. It is a q0, almost max. Anyone have any idea what this is worth?

it is a semi common mod on os wands. Nothing too fancy. And being nonmax singlemod it is merch. Sorry
