1. Exalted Aegis q9 Tactics +28 -5(20%)
2. Amber Aegis q11 Tactics +10 Dragons -2wE
3. Echovald q13 Strength +10 Plants -2wE

basically dito - I'd put each in the 15-25e range, the first more towards the upper, the last towards the lower end.
