Pretty sure the Bramble Flatbow does'nt drop without an inscription. The Bramble Longbow however does.
That being said, I have the Q9 +5e Bramble Longbow incase you're interested. -
Hi San, sorry I already got the long one, and the flat in 15^50, I expect if he can drop in 15^50, he can drop too in +5E ?, not sure.
