For me rarest skins are nagas / brambles bows.
But Eternal / Storm / Ironwings are more desired imo.
For damage im not sure req 8 is really significant (i usually play with 14 at least)

Geez.. what has happened to the price of these?!
Last I checked a q9 went for maybe 25e. Guess I will hold on for my q8 for a little longer 
HeavensDevil if you look at kama.gwtoolbox.com you'll see that actually q12 are selling for 25e. On the forums here q9 was in the last 12 months up for auction for 7a/250e. Hence I think the price for these has been fairly stable.
Are you sure you have a q8 in this skin? I didn't think that was possible given they're only dropped from Locked Chests in EoTN or from Fenrir/Kveldulf.I drop this months ago (on a lv20 kvelduff)
so q8 max post (18-34) is possible -
