Hmm... That's interesting. I'm thrown off by 3 different values. If buying from the trader would result in a unique merchant price, and a drop would result in another unique merchant price, then what's with 3 unique values? Is it dependent on the time of value that the trader sells the rune at?
I'm not sure if I've ever bought the rune from the trader, or paid much attention to the gold value given by the merchant.

I guess the chests only appears after you kill the first boss now a days ? because it must have been farm too much back in the days
Not sure, but I'd expect chests can spawn after killing any boss, also 2nd/3rd/4th. So chest running the mission is very inefficient probaby.
Sometimes you can get lucky with a couple chests in the mission w/o killing any of the bosses. But it's very likely that you don't see any chests for multiple runs at a time.
I often farm that mission with my Ranger, in hopes of q8 drops in NM. Pretty easy to ball up large groups and whirl them to death. Sometimes I just run through the mission specifically looking for the ones wielding Celestial Weps, and ball a large amount around them. Other times, I'll just focus on farming the spots that I can easily pull many groups to ball and whirl. Lots of Feathers. Not as much Celestial drops as the Chest runs and farms in other areas, but very consistent with celestial bows/shields/swords, as you can visually see which enemies have them. I'd say it's very rare to get any other Celestial Skin drop in that mission. Also good place for Cren Swords.
If you're specifically after Staves/Scepters, I would stick with chest running Xaquang Skyway HM; you'll get tons of Celestial Drops.

Every single gold max q8 sword I have dropped has been while hexed mod 19 or 20 lol. So I am going to just say that is the sword equivalent.
I wish! My favorite mod on the sword... mostly because of my q7. If my old q7 flam would have been 15^50 instead of 14^50, that would have been the fav ;P

If that's the case, we need to start talking about the q8 gold max damage sword drops lol. I know a few of us are waiting to get one 
I'd guess at least 70-100a for q7 perfect mod sword. Honestly, if it were me and I actually decided to sell, a lot more than that would have to be offered before I would be interested in a sale.
But with that said, I've been surprised at the offers and buyouts on the past few q7's that have sold on this forum over the months. Quite a bit have sold for less than I'd expect. Your best bet would be to post for sale and see offers. A lot of people here won't PC on q7's; they'll only bid once ya post.
I'd say 8-15a. Getting the 15-20a+ range is targeting specific collectors of Shadow Blades imo; possible, but just take time with sale if that's what you're after. I'd think getting past 10a may prove to be a challenge. I've found both q8 Shadow Bows and Shadow Blades to be rather cheap, compared to other q8 skins. Or, at least that's my experience with buying them.
Couldn't claim that it's the only game that I've ever played, but it's the only game that I've played consistently since 2005 with occasional year(s) breaks in between.
Got into Diablo 3 for a year or so when it released. And tried messing with Divinity Original Sin 2 for a little bit a couple years ago.
Guild Wars left too big of expectations for both PvP and PvE in games.
I'll offer 7a. Feel free to ignore it if you're set with that high of an s/b.

I've had similar q9 air offhand dual mods, but with only a single 20% fire mod. There was some interest in those items, but maybe 5-15e offers. I know that's not quite the same as having dual 20/20 fire, but maybe some type of reference for the 20-50e amount.

Prices on q8 really depends on buyer(s) interested at the time. Best bet is to post in sale thread and see bids in action.
The q8 Wooden Buckler should draw a bit of attention with that low of a +hp mod. I'd say 5-10a Range min, based on similar prenerf shields I've sold.
I think that the q8 Falchion is gonna be a tough sale, but I'd say 2-5a Range. I'd be surprised if offers went past 4a.
I believe a couple of 15^50 were PC around 15-25a+ in the past few months. I'd expect a 15vsHex to be in the 8-15a Range, based off the price of 15^50.
Same question for purple, mods 10%, it's 9% max. and for 20% mods it's 19% max? But, +5 mods exist on max. Why energy +5 not exist on purple? Not see in game... One page, with stats exist for purple and low req?
I believe 9% and 18% are the max for purple hsr/hct. There's a guide on purples in the pre searing forums with the listed mods (probably a thread on this forum as well). I think the max for these hsr/hct mods are determined by an overall percentage. 9/10=18/20. Though, I could be wrong.
Then some purples are perfect drops, though with the unwanted mods. But, goes with one of my shield collection sets

True. It also took 6+ months to get an offer that high on the SWS.
There wasn't as much interest in it in the past; highest offer was around 5-7a. Maybe 10-15a if I would have accepted a q8 trade at the time. Then months later somebody new appeared in the bidding when I reposted for sale.
Similar time frame of offers with the Wooden Buckler/Round Shield.
Agree with Emma; PreNerf q8's can be hard to give a PC. Really depends on bidders interest.
I sold my q8 SWS PreNerf dual mod for 10a, maybe a bit more, I forget. It had a similar +hp (hex) mod as this aegis, but a +1 water with it.
I'd say the +7ar would make this sell for quite a bit more; I sold a q9 Round (or Wooden Buckler forget the skin) shield with the +7vs mod for around 8a.
Not sure if that helps any, but maybe gives some kind of reference.
I'd agree with Red on the PC.
Though, I'd be surprised if you got the 20a range for that shadow bow. I bought my q8 15^50 for 10a months back. A few have been sold on here as well as in kama the past months. 10a has been the consistent asking range that I've seen. Maybe 12-15a if multiple bidders.

I wouldn't sell this for less than 100a. The market may or may not have it take a while; your sales post will tell you that.
But, I'd recommend taking your time with the sale. Regardless of the skin, perfect desirable mods attract collectors and make it worth taking your time for sales.
If you're in a hurry to sell, then you'll probably get the lower end of Max's PC imo.
I'd say 5-20e. Though, if Agent Chevy already has this, then it may be hard finding a buyer.
25a seems super cheap for perfect mod q7, though I've been surprised on what some have sold for in the past. Best thing to do is post in sale as Max states.
The Ornate Shield was my first gold OS q8 Shield drop after returning to GW, so I basically had to start a Shield Collection

I have considered monk but I am not sure what hero I would immediately replace as I think a BIP + ST + Monk is a bit unnecessary? Monk sounds fun but again I am just not really sure what team comps I would run.
Monk is probably one of my favorite classes for regular PvE gameplay and you're still able to do a lot of end game play pretty quickly w/ the Nec & Mes heros, like HM DoA/Deep/FoW/UW. Granted it's not the same as SC time if you're into those, but you can still play through them pretty quickly w/o cons as long as you don't mind micro control.
Though, with my necro's recent disconnected/loss of power death while going for r2 Survivor in pre, I've started messing around with a Dervish.
Been playing with the intent of not dying, similar to hardcore mode in Diablo. Dervish being one of the only classes that I've never really played, I've to say that it's been a lot of fun. It's crazy how much they can solo farm lol. I've also been going through all of the quests during game play, finding new quests to keep for low req & q8 farms.

I've had a q8tac dual mod purp plagueborn shield with very little interest in bids (+46hp-hex, -5dmg(18%)). Think I've only gotten a single bidder for 20e on it in over 2-3weeks or so.
