Have a couple of these on my thread.
Also, soul reaping staff wrappings don't exist. You'd need a mastery staff wrap on a soul reaping staff to get that effect. If you're hoping to put a +1 soul on a non-soul staff, you might be better off using a wand + soul focus with a +1 insc.

The q9 insc shields may see like 5-30e depending on luck, mostly because of the skins they are. Wouldn't bother trying to sell the stygian reaver or stormbow. Mallyx's Edge likewise doesn't have much of any value. But, I suggest taking a look at this thread (also linked in my signature) for other greens that would have value (prenerfs).

Tahhnakai Temple (mission), Sunjiang District (mission and explorable, mine was from the explorable here), Shenzun Tunnels (oni blades only, no GPB here), and Vizunah Square (the single shiroken at the end, if the chest is assigned to it and not the afflicted).

I personally always thought that lvl17 was the minimum cap for q8s to drop. With it actually being 16 it MIGHT actually be possible to still get q8 max gold oni blades ...
The oni spawns in hajiu lagoon or whatever it's called are level 16... just saying... if someone wants to go "farm" them... might be worth a shot
It’s always been possible to get q8 oni blades. They drop from canthan chests. Same with golden phoenix blades. I got a gold q8 oni blade from one last year. Mine was nonmax, but it’s possible
