Insc. Zodiac scepters only come in primary attributes (and inspiration). Fire req ones do not exist.
If you’re looking to make a 20/20 fire one (or something similar) you’ll have to find an OS one, in which case you’re looking at a hefty price tag.

Based on these images, it looks like Wyvern might have the longest blade. If you're measuring like entire sword length (tip of handle to tip of blade), it looks like the dead sword might be the longest overall.

Pretty sure it's a Henge of Denravi hammer, as Shaggy has mentioned. The HoD sword is very well known, the others are still somewhat up for debate, I guess, as there hasn't been much info on them. There's been some discussion on these (and tons of info on other prenerfs in general) in our prenerf subforum here on Legacy. I'd recommend taking a look through those threads and seeing what else you may have.
