Firebrand is rare, yes, but I see no reason it should be more rare than any other WiK green dropped by a mob. It's elevated price is largely due to it being a unique skin (not obtainable anywhere else), with desirable stats on a desirable attribute. Peacekeeper Firebrands can also be found in plentiful numbers on numerous maps with zero effort.
The Thunder, on the other hand, is a very basic skin with typical stats on a very unloved weapon type. It's value comes solely because Jormungand himself is an absolute nightmare to try and find. If it were anything fancier I'm sure it'd be up there in value as well.

A couple arms at least. Of the currently-obtainable greens, it is by far the rarest one. It would have at least my interest if thrown up on a sell thread.

Started playing in late 06 so chances weren't as good for me but I don't think I actually got my first max q8 until just over a year ago.
q8/16 skull shield -2stance single mod from a lvl 17 devourer in sage lands, right outside druid's overlook while farming carapaces for nick.
Mayyybe I got one back in the day but might not have been knowledgeable enough to think anything of it.

Definitely worth keeping/trying to sell. I wouldn't merch it. I would perhaps be interested so putting it up for sale wouldn't be a bad idea.

Edit: Just noticed the other posts you made.
For the note on the stone reaper, yeah I mentioned that that opens up a lot of new possibilities. I think you might be thinking of the kaolin accursed staff though. The dom staff (or, at least, my two dom staves) have different colors.
But the prenerf accursed I got from solrock and current one have the same color. Given that those are black-dyed (what are usually some of the more noticeable changes), I’m almost certain there would be another accursed with a light-black color and prenerf mod order.
Edit 2: For the chart details, think you may have swapped the locations for shadestone/kole’s gauntlet
