I would say mini 10-15a. I don't know if there is much interest anymore on such mods combo. Never the less this skin doesn't pop out as often as the other in faction.
I would say list it on sell, I would already be happy to put 10a on this to start the bids at least.

Hence not conditions are removed when you cast 3fw, sad but would have been great
