Yeah, r8 is determined on the Enemy level. I believe from 18 to lvl 21 or something (I'm sure I'll be corrected). So if an item only drops from certain foes and those foes don't come in the level range that can drop r8, that item doesn't come in r8 anymore

Anyone could explain How drops were working pre nerf ? I wasnt playing back then. Were req 7/8 dropping just randomly like Q9’s do from all higher lvl mobs ?

I am not sure if this is the right thread to ask but I will try.
So as far I know shields, focuses and swords still drop with max stats req 8.
My question is: Are there skins that dont drop today for mentioned weapons with max stats in req 8 ?
