Hello I wanted to know if this has any value, looks like dmg is not max for req 8 but how about stats?

It's not max damage and the HSR ins't max either (purple can reach 20%) so I don't really see it having any value.
But as always with this kinda of weird item wait for a second opinion.

you can easily merch it. Core skin, far off max in dmg and hsr. The only pro is a matching maxed inherent mod - but that barely makes up for the flaws.
Unless this item is in presearing - there: entirely different story (but by its gold value I can tell it is not...)
