The Canthan Targe is tied to Proph because it was a Proph preorder item, it's not a mistake.
The update note was created by Anet DrStephenCW , so in my opinion it is an error that should be corrected. It is not logical that contradictory items appear in the “Available everywhere” list.
In summary, apart from Spider's Gluttony (which I don't like), what remains as a inscribable Leadership shield skin?
I was talking about the Ominous. I was just saying that the Canthan Targe is Tyria only - and therefor OS only. Like the Japan 1st Anniversary Shield is OS only in Cantha.
And it gets kind of worse imo, I believe your only other options for Leadership "inscribs" are the Hog's Gluttony or Bronze Guardian. Though searching through Kamachat I can only find the Hog's for sale in inscriptable Leadership.

It should be like other skins updated during the 20th anniversary and, depending on the update, fall everywhere.
I been wondering about this too. I assume it is probably because they accidentally tied it to Factions only. Like the Tyria specific Canthan Targe - and also in Factions - the Japan 1st Anniversary Shield. Or maybe the Ominous is just listed wrong on Guild Wiki. Either way, hope they don't change it.

Many of these items have value and some have a lot of value. I’d say in particular #2 - it’s a pre-nerf eternal. #8 is super pre-nerf (hex mod and of course 7/16). 4, 5, 6, & 19 are not pre-nerf - but worth ~xxa because they’re perfect q8s. #18 is also pre-nerf as q8 max daggers do not drop anymore xxxa. Estimates for these are very hard these days and best advice is to make a sell thread and give it some time. Be careful of your PMs and don’t take any offers that seem too good to be true (because it’s probably, definitely not). Hopefully others can you more insight. Welcome back.
