I agree with Aliss. Also, it should be mentioned to be VERY CAREFUL of your PMs. Any "Private Offers" should be ignored, they are not good. A public auction, giving it some time, is the only way to really gauge price.

The Canthan Targe is tied to Proph because it was a Proph preorder item, it's not a mistake.
The update note was created by Anet DrStephenCW , so in my opinion it is an error that should be corrected. It is not logical that contradictory items appear in the “Available everywhere” list.
In summary, apart from Spider's Gluttony (which I don't like), what remains as a inscribable Leadership shield skin?
I was talking about the Ominous. I was just saying that the Canthan Targe is Tyria only - and therefor OS only. Like the Japan 1st Anniversary Shield is OS only in Cantha.
And it gets kind of worse imo, I believe your only other options for Leadership "inscribs" are the Hog's Gluttony or Bronze Guardian. Though searching through Kamachat I can only find the Hog's for sale in inscriptable Leadership.

It should be like other skins updated during the 20th anniversary and, depending on the update, fall everywhere.
I been wondering about this too. I assume it is probably because they accidentally tied it to Factions only. Like the Tyria specific Canthan Targe - and also in Factions - the Japan 1st Anniversary Shield. Or maybe the Ominous is just listed wrong on Guild Wiki. Either way, hope they don't change it.
