a q10 can be merched, the zealous mod can be salvaged and is probably also few e

1 handed dual vamp weapon like axe and sword, dual vamp weapons are with inherent -1hpregen mod, by adding a vamp mod you can achieve dual hp deregeneration.

DV is used in for example pvp to die before timer to not get time killed or for synching pvp matches where alts are equipped with dv weapons to die automatically. or when you char is ran by someone, to wipe while afk.

sidenote: if you drink from the chalice of corruption your character can achieve s permanent quadruple deregen while holding a dualvamp weapon. called quadvamp.
