7 is the lowest legitimate(i.e. no TB or very old glitches) and TB has removed the necessary dialogue skips to go lower so it would involve some serious work/effort/thought/cheating to get any lower than 7 because you would have to re-do the removed skips.
Theoretically with dialogue skips lvl 2 is possible and it wasn't that hard prior to the TB changes, but if you see anyone below 7 they cheated(used now-removed features of TB) or the character is very, very, very old.

Doing a bit of storage cleaning considering passing on stuff I will never use. The economy has gotten away from me a little bit, not confident I can guess the value on these. Any thoughts? Especially unsure about the Cele shield.
(cute purple magmas worth anything?)
edit: had messed up and linked the same shield twice, fixed

Few ideas to improve on that:
did you try HM? (would be way faster to prove the point since wyvern is gold only drop like the amber aegis or the likes)
did you run with favor on?
you could try to avoid the anti-farm thingie, whereas I don't know what exactly it is... time in instance, kill rate, ... in the end just repeated fast killing could still be the best item/time rate.
1. I have not tried HM, as my theory is that the best proof would be to see one of these low lvl charr specifically drop the Wyvern(rather than their HM counterparts) because that would 100% confirm that a q8 wyvern blade can still drop. A single drop, of any req, would be irrefutable proof so I wanted to have that "nail in the coffin" moment. Just...haven't seen one.
2. I have done many of my runs with favor but it's less often these days and I can only play at specific times so certainly a mix
3. Doing ~200-300 charr once or twice a week I assume I am pretty successfully avoiding the anti-farm but IDK. The farm naturally has the enemies dying at a staggered rate so I'm not killing 10 with the same skill or anything.
I have only gotten probably 30-40 golds from 10,000 charr so I really just think I need more volume...I just don't think I'm willing to keep the work up! haha.

Derailing topic some to go back a month(sent PMs to Fireball and you, decided why not post in public too):
Wiki has drops allegedly from a level 20 Charr ranger in 2011. The guy who reported lvl 20 EoTN charr seems pretty reputable as he was a regular wiki poster ( https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/User:Ashlann ) and the report is from 2011 so it's close enough to the end of the update cycle that likely nothing changed. There are a lot of lvl 20 charr in Dalada Uplands. Maybe even something like floor 1 CoF could be a farm. That's where I would seek q8 Wyvern...
Giving an update on this thought from nearly a year ago:
"can q8 wyvern blades still drop?" -- I believe so, but have been unable to produce evidence
I think I give up. I have killed, by my back of the envelope math, about 10,000 charr rangers at this point. 40-50 hours of my life dedicated to proof of this dang sword.
I have been using the zoning farm to kill the 10 charr ranger patrol then re-zone as I outlined in that comment. I'm doing the farm a couple of days per week. You can knock out about 200/hour with clean runs.
I have gotten absolutely no drops of interest wyvern or otherwise. If anyone else wants to try and confirm that q8 wyverns still drop I still believe this is the best farm to do it, but with the odds involved it's just proof for the sake of proof because one will never drop with these odds. I can't even get a req 12, much less an 8. I was just hoping for any req wyvern to prove they are in the drop table but I am done trying.
I really think they have always dropped. Maybe, for some reason, these 10 particular charr have an altered drop table but I doubt it. I have gotten VERY few golds and purples from them. I also think the odds of a q8 wyvern are so astronomically low that there really may only be one that has ever dropped, or if more dropped they dropped for people who were not in tune with the GW economy and didn't know what they had.

Might be worth noting the skins that are available inscr, but not in useful attributes(i.e. Wayward Wand is primary attribs only)...it seems kind of false to list Wayward as inscribable when every attribute people want is only available for non-inscr. Straw Effigy is also like this. Trying to think of others but drawing a blank

There is a few bot running for them, probably why the price is so stable/went little lower with the years. But they still drop, just insanely rare like said !
I'm hoping someone has a screenshot from recent years to actually confirm and put a nail in the coffin of speculation. If they still drop, no matter the odds, SOMEONE has to have proof. I don't care if a botter or a lucky SOB has the proof, it has to exist.
I'm confident they still drop but I think it's important for the history of GW that we just make sure they actually still do. It seems to be a consensus that the drop rate felt higher in 2011 -- could that be because they stopped dropping due to bug or intention? Maybe when WoC was released they stopped? There are no confirmed drops on the internet after WoC release. It's at least possible that they could have been turned off. More likely, people just stopped playing WiK as heavily and the game was winding down/dying for its little GW2 release hiatus, but man is it weird that they seemed to be all over the place in 2011 and are now very difficult to find for sale. Even if 100x the people were playing WiK in 2010-2011, you would expect that SOME would appear now.
I remember several guildies getting Isaiah and Dorian in 2010 when we were all doing the dailies, well, daily. Now? Some people have been doing WiK for years and have no minis to show for it. That doesn't discount the possibility of drops, obviously these guys are stupidly rare, it just calls it enough into question that I think proof uploaded to the Wiki would be valuable for the history of GW. This is something that, if the game shut down today, would be inconclusive at best.
We have no way of knowing for sure that they're staying in the economy and going down due to new drops. It could just be the perception that they still drop/are botted rather than a reality that they still drop/are botted. Maybe all that enter the economy are from 2011 when they seemed to drop more(possibly). There is a steady stream of returning players who thought the game died in 2011/2012 and are rediscovering it. There has been that steady stream since the revival in 2014-ish. We can not be sure without a screenshot. Also, they're boring looking minis and are already too expensive for most people to buy. Them dropping in price is really no surprise at all if there is even the perception they still can drop. They are boring looking minis that 1% of the population can afford. That 1% can also afford more expensive minis that are actually impressive. I don't think anyone is really impressed by the WiK minis because they're on that fringe of "expensive but not that expensive" while also not looking all that cool. I suspect the average wealthy-ish player would rather buy a pbear or ghostly, even though those are more common.
It has been speculated for nearly a decade now that they might have stopped dropping...I'm quite sure it's just a low drop rate issue(one in ten thousand was speculated once on the wiki...) but it would be really nice to have visual confirmation. As far as I can tell, no one has ever posted a photo of one dropping on the internet after 2011. Like, ever??? It just seems like we need to get visual proof they still drop since they're too rare for one person to ever meaningfully test it.

This is not the usual kind of comment here but also doesn’t deserve a thread I think. Does anyone have a confirmed drop(hopefully screenshot?) of a WiK mini in the last 5 years? Dorian/Isaiah specifically? They’re so rare that there is no data. I have seen speculation they may not even drop after some time in the early 2010s, and with the drop chance there is really no way to test it.
