up - no one for the straw effigy?!
they are max stats for their req, which makes them perfect in a technical way. spears are then used in sc occasionally to boost the damage output with autohits. this is not really a big impact but it is about getting things done absolutely fast so it's a bit like tickling the last bit of HP when tuning a car - and just like there there is money for those things.
the shields are much rather just a collectors thing and there are some that want a set of all skins - and the woven is rarer to drop in those stats.
I think this covers the most relevant points.
edit: ah well - and on the other side they aren't too coomon to drop in max for q0 and you need to know where to look for them.

I'd say you can get more whereas the ballpark is reasonable. I'd guess 15-20a to be possible - but I am uncertain and wouldn't want to bust a trade that in fact would have been good by my pc. wait one or two more opinions

the most valueable is tough to tell... a definite candidate would be the q8 15^50 crystalline sword that was recently sold for something in the 5000a ballpark iirc. but there are on caster crysta out there and also os swamp clubs and some unconditionals that would be impossible to pc but would have potential to sell in similar or higher price range.
concerning gold value - highest seen on forums I think was something like 640g or was there a 720?! at least they are rather uncommon and the one known source for them is nf treasure chests in the realm of torment. the is a very limited set of others that are unknown where to get or if prenerf. one theory includes the old proph keyless chests (which still wouldn't cover all the odd ones that had been documented) but we might never know...
