the current hubbub is that an anet dev approached a tb dev on the sly to tone down tb, bc there were flags with dialogs, targeting minis, and opening chests from far away.

9 is perfect, +4 energy and + inspiration are mods that u can exchange to perfect mods. But yeah u need to find collector of either plageborn skins or rit items.

Yeah, PVP nowadays is by far most disappointing activity in GW for returning players. If u are really into it, QQ discord is still kinda active, they form GVG from time to time https://discord.gg/vDMGkNDj There is also new pvp discord, more friendly for new players. I' m not sure how active they are https://discord.gg/pwGke2Cw . PVE scene is still very active. There is very good DoA teaching discord with teachers helping you during runs, reviewing your videos from runs, etc https://discord.gg/3Txr4x6 . There are shitloads of materials to learn FoW and UW, if you are interested FoW discord: https://discord.gg/xH9k6faN UW discord: https://discord.gg/6nutvR2R . There is also Deep discord that is pretty active: https://discord.gg/zpfwyxck . Every popular speedclear (DoA, UW, FoW, Deep, SoOsc, BoGsc) has at least few runs every day, mostly from Aria alliance https://discord.gg/3CWC78k6. And as you can see this forum, which is home for OS items enthusiasts, chest runners, collectors etc. is also very active. I believe regular game which is mostly focused on Zaishen missions, GWAMM and new way of playing "Ironman" is also pretty active. So yeah PVE is still very strong and it's probably way to go nowadays.

I would say generally in terms of chestrunning (but also sc, some farming):
- the slower you are (e.g. u have only dark escape as your IMS) -> which makes u take more dmg packets,
- the more assassin echantments u use on sf build (see Agent Chevy standard assassin chest run build) and have other dmg reduction effects on you (like dark escape) -> which makes your dmg packets are lower like 5 dmg etc,
- the more you relying on shroud of distress (which works only when u have 50% hp, so only 22 hp from health mod),
the more u want -2 ench mod over health mod.
On the other side if u have sf build w/o shroud and sometimes even can drop sf (generally runs where dervish is more optimal), you are faster, and potentially get smaller number of damage packets that hit stronger (like e.g, rangers in raisu palace) u value health mod over -2 ench more.
Chest run where -2 ench/10 armor vs (blunt/slash/skeletons)is great is fow chest run, but probably noone actually runs it
. Magma HP run is ofc 45 ench 10 fire. Dwarves runs I run tanky sin build + sin piercing armor + shield 10 vs dwarves / - 2ench, but 45 ench /dwarves shield should also be fine here. All other runs I would prefer 45 ench/10 vs ... (or even just staff for 20 HSR and energy) and dervish with 50 perma IMS. On the other side in most speedclears I use -2 ench / 10 ar vs.. on most sf builds (unless there is high life steal) and 45 ench/10 vs on other builds. Like e.g. 10 vs skeletons/-2 ench is very good shield for lf terra on fow, but 45 ench/10 skele is better for vos who is doing bridge. Ofc in places where u know u can be spiked by elemental dmg (like sheps/bf) u prefer 45ench/10 vs(lightning/plants/fire). -

I think it doesn't matter that much for wand with stats like this. This is pretty much how much someone who is interested would pay for this. Sure with 20 matching hsr/hct and 15/-1 it would look differently

Wand - I think I sold sth like this in 30-50 e range few months ago, but it was cele or koi with better attr. Other two may fetch some ectos / each or not, market is saturated.

From what I can see it's WTS prices. I can spam on kama WTS for same sword with 10 a, it doesn't mean, that this sword is worth 10 a. It should be taken lowest WTS prices and highest WTB prices for some period of time to get accurate value. Anyways if OP want oni q9 15^50 for 100 ecto I can give 10 e discount

Hard to say, although bladed shields are considered "good" skin, I'm pretty sure I saw bladed 30 -5/20, that get no bids not so long ago (and -5/20 is considered better mod for 30 hp). On the other side 30/-2 ench shields with good skins can go to 10 a +. I wouldn't sell this lower than 5-7 a at least if u r not desperate to get anything for it. Just put this on auction and see where it will go.

I paid 5a for zodiac sword q9 + 5e, but there was small bid war on it. I think amber, sotw, zodiac staff and fire bo may catch few arms / ea potentially and I wouldn't be surprised if eternal will go to 10 a+. But it's really hard to predict, all depends on interest. You can also get no bids on them or some low balls.
