Hi, you use 2x 3090 just for one screen? This kind of problem in full screen is more common in dual screen. It can also be directly related to the monitor itself (without it being "bad" or of low quality) or to a Wacom style tablet.
The high Hz of your monitor could be a lead. Test the options in GW against this. The options of W10 also (as long as the game has the options to set the Hz, etc, W10 can be in 60hz or more no matter, the options of the game are priority on fullscreen). If you do -> desktop -> GW fullscreen, etc and the Hz settings change drastically between the 2 (60Hz -> 360Hz or no limit on game options), this can be a problem.. maybe.
If the windowed mode works, i'd be leaning towards this kind of problem.
The real question is, how long has this been happening and have there been any hardware or software changes in between?

As for attack vs. guard setting , I never change that on heroes.
Hi, if your hero is set to attack (sword symbol) and you aim at an enemy (ctrl+space bar), he will attack a little before you are in range of this enemy. It doesn't matter what weapon he is carrying.

If you run 50% faster instead of 25-33%, the enemies will "stall" faster and do less damage as a result. That's why i prefer the Dervish in chestrun HM.
Edit: and use Heart of Shadow for bodyblocks.

No Ghostly insc. is worth 10a, sell. I have sold hundreds of them.
Dom, Earth, Death, and Rtl req. are the most sought after. Maybe for that on 2019 max. 3-6a. Now most of them are not worth more than 1-2a. There are also people who want it, period, whatever the price.

I am 1000% sure, trust me. I didn't post my stats on Legacy after 20k of chests opened without bots (and probably more killed on Gate of Pain mission), but I know what I'm talking about.

Hi, Wiki, after add infos for inscriptible versions, update attributs, but is not true. Resto, Fast Casting, Heal and Prot not exist for requirement. Only exist 17/21 attributs, inscriptible or not (OS) it's same.

personally, I find anti virus useless on Windows 10.
Windows Defender, Malwarebytes (free version), are enough in most cases.
On the web browser 2 extensions; a tracker blocker: for example: Ghostery, and an ad blocker: for example: uBlock origin.
This is much more effective than an anti-virus (free, paid) provided that you have a well-informed mind.

Hi, if the rare skins in a zone do not fall often enough (compared to your first runs in that zone) do not repeat the farm. Do something else (see 2-3) and then come back to your farm. Luck is more varied if your game is too, even if it's all luck and nothing more.

It is impossible to regulate or control sales of this kind, regarding the problem of bots. The only viable and realistic solution is to remove the sales section from the site. With all that this implies, negative as well as positive.
Beyond that, it's an incomprehensible grey line.

Hello, it looks like a Z movie with a stereotypical villain. We all know it's him but no one can stop him.
What does he do with the sales revenue? By having this answer we would be able to better capture his mindset. But saying openly "I use a bot" is pretty stupid, we would agree.
You are doing can you boycott it, nothing else. Nobody can stop the bots on this game. It was up to Anet to do it years ago and they did nothing. End of story, the bad guy wins.
