Update -- February 7, 2025
- the maximum capacity of all Outposts has been increased.
I'm wondering if this would have been possible all along or just because servers got better over time
It was a thing for a while, but was reverted back to 'normal' because odd gfx issues in towns. This is a "we figured out the issue and re-increased the player limits in towns."
I can't remember which update nerfed the old high player cap, but i believe it <honest truth> had to do with "flying Wintersday decorations." 😆 I think like 3-5 years ago.

OS shields wands and focuses can't be modded.
The "inscription"ish part on os staves and martial weapons *cannot be changed*, only prefix and suffix mods can be added to them.

I remember he mentioned it was possible but then again I don't think he actually tried
It's old school from proph or factions, not a insc drop from nightfall or eotn, you can't mod os shields wands or focuses

Yes.
OS Martial weapons like swords, axes, hammers and bows have one inherent but can take a prefix and suffix mod.
OS Staff has one inherent too, can take a staff head and wrap.
OS Focus wand and shield drop with (up to) 2 inherents at random, but the aren't always useful combos... and can't be modded.
Like that q9 focus is technically a q9 with 2 perfect mods, but condition reduction mods are usually unwanted, especially on a core skin.
Kinda a similar situation with the crude shield, plus its highish req at q11

Any item from Prophecies and Factions that has inherents, *not* an inscription slot, is OS. Also items from UW and FoW foes and chests
The only exception is weapons from the end reward chests of fow, uw, deep, and urgoz are insc
Every item other than the elemenal sword is os, including the celestial sword. The cele sword just happed to drop without an inherent at all, just two mods on it, which happens kinda often

Q9 elemental sword is 10-20e
I think the os is merch, but wait for a second opinion.
The zealous mod on the daggers is 1-2e
There is a slight chance someone might want the no inherent q9 cele sword, but the collectors for that are kinda leaning towards the gold value of the item being X00g

Bet you wish you did the z title a few years ago when key stacks were about 90-110e (or 1 arm because arms were higher priced back then too)

In general mixes of ench/stance/hex are unwanted.

If it was -2wS and matching stance 44hp on strength or -2wE with 44hp w Ench on tactics it would be worth some ectos,
But mix stance/ench is merchfood.

Don't merch the Zod Sword until you salvage this prenerf sundering mod
Sword sundering 10/10 can still be found on one proph quest reward sword as a salvageable mod.
Any *other* 10/10 sundering is prenerf as is 10/9 10/8...
This sword 10/10 will fetch low XXe since most ppl won't have access to the quest minus creating another proph character to do the quest.

Even if q9 20/20 it would only be a few ectos, the 1-off HSR 19% kills any sale value.

Caught last couple minutes of favor, nothing good.
Decided to grab another Bobo in Mehtani after favor was over and a skale dropped this.

Q9 zodiac longbow 15^50 = 10-15e (that guy on the trade chat site asking 100e is on something...)
