Remember you ve to zone to get effect after putting insc
has that really been tested? because ive just salvaged these 2 without rezoning, and the amount of mats look to me like the m4m clearly worked. also on other occasions i got lots of mats without rezoning after using the inscription

Guys, SSS shield only drop in southern shiverpeaks right? Ice caves of sorrow misison is in southern shiverpeaks. There are lvl13 beastmasters there. So in theory they could drop low lvl SSS shields?
i recall reading that certain items don't drop from low level. also i think SSS aren't limited to southern shiverpeaks specifically, they can drop in northern shiverpeaks in hm AFAIK.

Not the most amazing drop but I feel like I very rarely see offhands drop with good matching offhand mods (rather than the ones that drop with mods perfect for a shield!).
