1st of all, get more opinions/put it out for sale

By a quick search on legacy forum I would suggest you can get somewhere around 20 arms +/-

As allways only time will tell if you put it out for sale how much you can get and what its worth for others.
There has been a large amount of shields out on forum lately and Strength should also be taken into consideration.
