if it's single mod, whatever the merchant will give you. if it's dual mod, depends on the attribute, Q, and the other mod. q9 tac -2wE +45wE is gonna be worth a lot more than a q13 with reduced blind or something memey like that

personally, I would trash it. mismatched mods + non max hexed mod. might be a nice skin for a hero tho
