Anything that is perfect inherent and 9 requirement you can see if someone wants that skin (check the Buy section) but most of the time it is ages to sell for low ecto so not really worth it. Consider keeping/using on Heroes too.
Anything that is for Merch, also check if it is salvagable to Iron or other high value materials. Salvage may be better than Merch. Also check for any high value mods I didn't really look at those in detail.

If you are going to merch 17 and 18, I buy them.
I would value this even higher than 5a. It's a rare skin with a rare mod and it's also clean value. We know several collectors for either the mod or the gold value. I expect that to be 10a+. You should definitely post it here for sale.
