So I didnt play that much but decided to finally share some update.

As you Can see Im really proud of my sup vigor rune drop.

In terms of progress I finished all campaigns nm and right now im trying to get all nm dungeons done as well all eotn r5+ ranks for skills.

For now Long term goal would be legendary guardian.

I did quick anniversary runs and picked up this juicy elite, Stronk Hammer time!.... Sadly didnt have time to farm me some cupcakes .

Hope you all are doing well and maybe we could get some iron action again !

here is my little iron story :

started with a friend, been playing together through the games. Rules were :

- no deaths

- all quests/missions before leaving an area/continent

- no trade, or only between us, in the zone where the traded item is looted

- no chest

- no rune trader

- no mat trader

- 3 heroes / player

- have to unlock the skill for yourself before you put it on a hero

- skills only from trainers ( according to what they used to propose) / quests

So far we're entering the desolation, and are worrying for the wurms. During Proph Run he died at Galrath, and had to do it all over again. Main stuff is from end game rewards, no fancy armor yet. Plan is to end NF and Eotn, then start the Hm stuff with a bit of a stronger set up.

Hi,

I came back to the game around 2 month ago after a very long break.
I found out that everything is now super easy and assisted and there is no more challenge in the game at all.

At first I was disappointed but now I just discovered Iron Man gameplay and I find it amazing.
Your thread is fantastic, well done !

You inspired me and I am now thinking to start my Iron Man character in the next days.

I will buy a new account and keep it clean - prophecy character only, no other campaigns.

I'll start a thread on the forum too.

I would be happy to play with Iron characters from time to time, if some of you guys are still playing.

Hey fellow Ironmen and women,

this is my Ironman i played a lot in '20/'21. Progress slowed down a bit since I'm too lazy too vanquish but I'm really proud of my accomplishments.

Started in proph and played through all campaigns, it was just a little sideproject that escalated a bit.

My biggest accomplishments:

Nearly done with WoC HM, but I want to give Kappa Attack some more tries.

Finished a full run of DoA NM.

Found 6/8 +50hp runes.

Upgraded 2/3 Bags with Zaishen Coins.

Vanquished Joko's Domain.

Upgraded my heroes.

Keeping the "Crystalline" from proph tutorial.

I do use Rune and Material traders and my Xunlai Chest is open, so I don't have to throw away all those tomes I found.

ive left my guild so u can invite, however i go away for 2 weeks so wont be active to accept

I bought another toon slot to give Ironman play a shot. My question is what class should I play? My first instinct is Ranger since Ill get a pet to begin with. Is it frowned upon starting in a different campaign than Prophecies?

Ranger is good and versatile. Extra armor vs ele is strong

Personally I don't start prophecies any more cause in fed up of it, I normally go for factions.

I wouldnt be against that if I knew I I was teaming up with a group to through the game. The only time I enjoy playing monk is in a party of real people.
