8-15a imo based on the popularity of the skin.

There is no value until the moment the item is sold then the true price for the item is revealed.

will the item get bids? = i would expect it
the +14% will not draw in as many as a 15% but who knows who may want it,
only way to find out is put it up for sale and find out exactly what your item is worth.

And

The PC thread should be deleted it serves no purpose other than to piss people off or give people false hope.

For example: the DV GPB got a PC of 500a and it reached 250 bid but remained unsold because the seller thought it was a cheep offer.
