While chestruning (HM, plagueborn chest KC) I came across this purple shield with rather funky looking inherent mods:
Are these the lowest values you can roll for the respective inherent mods with q10 shields? If not, what are the lowest you can actually roll?

the inherents don't depend on req, only rarity.
I think summoning the data gnome Red Fireball might help.
I think 20hp is maybe minimum for the hp on purples
The rpd -X (chance xx%) might actually have a possibly of being rpd -4 (chance XX%) on a purple, i forget
(Btw, also purple staves get weird with HSR values but the actual inherent are still by blue/purp/gold

- Hex health mod : from 45hp to 54hp
- Enchant and stance health mod : from 30hp to 39hp
- Unconditional health mod : from 20hp to 26hp
- Damage reduction mod : -4(15%) to -4(18%) and -5(15%) to -5(18%)
