Only Q9 will have somewhat a value for inscr weapons (excluding donjons final chest drop / rare skins...)

If your account is 13yo i strongly advise you to get it back using the gwsupport as there might be some rare relics in there ( prenerf weapons)

You can still get it back with luck, by giving character names / email id / password to the support worth try : p otherwise welcome back !

Unlucky..

I had several accounts that i had lost passwords for, once I provided them character names, physical address where the accounts were registered, my name etc, they were able to transfer the accounts to new emails.

I know its a different scenario than yours, but cant hurt trying support.

You can salvage the vamp off the dagger and sell that for a few ectos. Everything else looks to merch.
