You can salvage the Insightful,zealous, vamp and sundering mods off them and get an ecto or two for some of them( I dont know if mods have gone up with everything else)

I would say # 1 , 2&6 worth few ectos the rest either merch or can be used on heros if u want

3-5 merch

6 5-10e hard sale or merch

7-9 merch

10 5-10e
