Hello everyone! i found yesterday in one of my old characters a r9 fire magic plagueborn scepter that does fire damage and has halves casting time for smiting prayers (19%) (non insc).
Is it worth anything?

If I the 19% smite is the only mod it can savely be merched.
If it has a second mod with 19/20% smite then it's worth to auction here. Still not best skin and attribute but will get some ectos I assume
